spending our hard earned cash should feel great - choosing to buy the things that truly make life better, more practical, or beautiful. for those of you curious about a more minimalist lifestyle, after we declutter, we don't want to fill up our space straight away with uninspired purchases and unnecessary stuff.here's a list of five of the things i've stopped buying. everything from weird food, to clothes that doesn't fit, and all those spur of the moment shopping sprees ending in bags of things we buy only because they're cheap and we need a pick-me-up.

being more mindful of the things i spend money on of course means that i have more money over to spend on the things that really makes me happy. saving up to buy a house in the future, affording a great projector to upgrade our home cinema experience (yes, we are nerds), or why not cutting down on the office hours now that we can afford to live on less ? whatever you want to spend money on, reducing our wastefulness is always a great first step.

by the way you guys, we’ve found our new assistant ( coincidentally one of the things we’ve decided to spend money on ).
a big big big thank you to aaall of you who sent applications, you guys are so talented and interesting…!

love // jenny
