it’s time once again – another what i eat in a day video. this time i’m sharing a normal winter day’s worth of vegan food, so it’s all about warming the body up. while keeping it simple, healthy, and totally yummy of course !

polenta porridge for breakfast, butternut dhal for lunch, and baked sweet potatoes for dinner. not too shabby eh ?
