guys, let me share some classic swedish flavours with this simple, healthy raw vegan side dish.
serve as a sandwich topping, with bbq veggies, or mix with new potatoes for a super easy potato salad.
no added oil or sugar. zero bad cholesterol, no gluten or lactose.

swedish dill cucumber full recipe:
half a cucumber
10 green peppercorns
5 black peppercorns
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
0.5 dl chopped dill
pinch of salt

instructions:
– rinse and slice the cucumber in very thin slices
– grind the peppercorns
– mix pepper, salt, vinegar and dill
– fold in the cucumber
– preferably let sit in the fridge for an hour or more, to let the cucumber soften and moisten up the mix
– works as a side dish to just about anything. just add some boiled potatoes for an easy swedish tasting potato salad !
