7 WAYS VEGANISM CHANGED MY LIFE !

how going vegan has changed my body, health, overall well-being, budget, and life in general – i go through 7 of the ways in which veganism has had an impact on me in today’s video.

anything from hormone balance, to food shopping, being bloated, to feeling comfortable in my own body and with my own conscience. as you might have guesses, in my opinion eating plant-based is all good !

being vegan for more than a decade now, and vegetarian for almost two decades, i can hardly even remember how it feels to have an omnivore’s diet. what i can remember is always feeling sluggish, bloated, and kind of guilty. i realise that it’s not the same for everyone, but that’s what it was like for me.

to everyone with low energy or a heavy feeling in your heart or body, i recommend trying out the healthy plant-based way of eating for a coupe of months and see how you like it. i hope it will make just as huge a difference on your life as it has on mine.
