RECIPE : new year's treat - hors d'oeuvres

just thought i'd wish you a happy new year with another little recipe video ¸¸.•*¨* .。.:*☆¸¸.•*❉https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hV8vC2_hImYhors d'oeuvres full recipe:grilled pepper:1 cubanelle pepper, halved and cut in smaller pieces200g green lentils, cooked8 green olives, sliced1 garlic clove, finely chopped4 mint leaves, choppedlemon juice, to tastesalt and pepper, to tastewalnuts, roughly choppedapple slices:1/2 apple, halved and thinly sliced1 avocado1/2 shallot, finely chopped3-4 cm horseradish, grateda few stalks of chives, choppedlemon juice, to tastesalt and pepper, to tasteinstructions:- grill the pepper in a dry pan on high heat, a few minutes on each side- mix the rest of the ingredients, except for the walnuts, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste- place the mix on the pepper pieces, and garnish with the walnuts- put the apple slices in a bit of lemon juice. this will make sure the apple doesn't brown- mix the other ingredients, except for half of the shallot and half of the chives- place the mix on the apple halves and garnish with the rest of the shallot and chives- cheers !hors doeuvrestext2 hors doevres3i hope you'll have a fantastic new year's eve, and i wish you all the best for 2015 !love // jenny
