i’ve published a couple of these 3 things i eat everyday posts on the blog earlier, and they’ve been so popular so why not make a video version ?

here are 3 things that i eat ( or drink ) almost everyday, and i think everyone should !

they’re of course all three vegan and fantastic for your health.
do you want me to make more of these ? if so, do let me know.
also, i of course want to know some of the things you eat everyday. tell me in the comments !

  1. I for one love this type of video, so keep them coming, please! :-)

    As for three things I eat every day, they would be:
    – turmeric
    – coconut oil
    – lemon juice (of half a lemon, pressed into a glass of tepid water first thing in the morning)

    Banana
    Green cale
    Seeds

    I love this, but I would add: Greens, Beans and Berries!!!

    Tahini spread + avocado or banana etc… is a nice way to eat flax seeds everyday!

  5. tumeric so absolutely amazing! I love making tumeric ginger tea!

    I don’t think a day goes by where I don’t eat at least one banana and one cup of green tea.

    I’d love to see more videos like this!
