FOOD : what i eat in a day | winter edition

comments 19

it’s time once again – another what i eat in a day video. this time i’m sharing a normal winter day’s worth of vegan food, so it’s all about warming the body up. while keeping it simple, healthy, and totally yummy of course !

polenta porridge for breakfast, butternut dhal for lunch, and baked sweet potatoes for dinner. not too shabby eh ?
oh, and you can find the recipe for the dhal here.

let me know if you have any questions about anything in the video.
and do tell david if you want his tempeh facon recipe ^^

I like your video and your food! :)

Yes! I would like to have the tempeh recipe!!!! ;)

  3. Tears of awe came to my eyes because of how gifted you and David are with your food creations, and the seemingly ease in your aesthetic presentation.
Like you, I never much liked tempeh, but I read that it’s even healthier (completely non processed) than the store bought tofu which is a little bit processed, so I searched for tempeh recipes, but never liked what I made.
I love all the recipes you generously give us, so I’m confident I’ll love David’s tempeh recipe which looks so yummy.
I’m also eating more porridge because of you and loving it! I must try a polenta one!
And your new hair style looks great. Keep it!

  4. Your hair looks super cute!
Even tho I was really into your previous cut, it’s nice to refreshthigs up every now and then. stay fresh.

  5. hi jenny! i loved this video. will you do a video or blog post on your favorite vegan cookbooks/ ebooks?

  6. Would love the tempeh recipe – and you look beautiful however you do your hair!
