are you a morning person ?
i definitely am. few things are nicer than waking up by the early morning sunlight in your face, a cute boy next to you in bed, and a fresh day just waiting to be spent. add some freshly steeped tea, a calming spotify playlist, and you’ve got the perfect way to start the day.

not feeling me ?
then maybe this video might be something for you – my best tips on how to turn that morning blues into all smiles !

  1. I love mornings! My only challenge is that I’m often tired because I’m a very light sleeper and live in a town (it’s hard to get proper internet outside of towns in Ireland, and I need fast, wired internet for my work), and so there’s often something which will either keep me awake late or wake me up early. Things like earplugs and white noise help a little.

  2. I’m probably the biggest morning person ever. I sleep 4 hours or 8 hours, both have the same result: I wake up, I’m not tired, I have breakfast and start the day easily. No yawning. I can’t sleep a lot, I always wake up early on weekdays and weekends to. It’s bad because when I’m on a sleepover with my friends I am the first person who is awake and I can’t talk with anybody, I can’t do anything because everybody sleeps.

  3. I’m definitely not a morning person and when I watch you video I get so jealous. Thanks for sharing. Maybe your video will help me to get up with a smile on my face. Cheers :)
