ETC : look - i'm in a magazine !

i can’t think of a more pleasurable way to spend a rainy saturday than by cuddling up with some yummy fruit, a refreshing drink, and a lush food magazine. and moreover – a magazine that you just happen to be in !

so i have to brag a little, hope you don’t mind. i’m all about celebrating the happy times. just look at how pretty this article is, with an interview and 3 of my recipes. strange feeling to have your face in VEGO a.k.a. sweden’s best food magazine. it’s so cool that a vegan magazine can become one of the best selling food mags – it really shows that veganism has come a long way, in a very short while.
