FOOD : weirdly healthy + easy late night snacks

let’s go – 3 easy as can be late night snacks, each with some weirdly healthy attribute.
organic soy yogurt, turmeric, brussels sprout, nutritional yeast, anti-inflammatory, dna-protective, probiotic – you name it, it’s in there ^.^

i hope these snack ideas can help you with those late night cravings and at the same time fill you up with some lovely vegan plant power nutrients. plus, they’re so easy to make ! no complicated baked desserts or anything like that.

here is the recipe for homemade soy yogurt if you’re interested.
you do need some kind of started, but after the first batch, you’ve got the ball rolling. in theory, you could just trust that the bacteria in your kitchen are the right little helpers and try making it without any started culture, but you risk ruining the batch if the wrong guys take over. up to you if you want to take the risk, but please be careful !

to roast the brussel sprouts, i just heat the oven to about 200°C or 400°F, and roast for about 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the sprouts.
and like i mention in the video – if you’re not a fan of brussels sprout, you can try roasting other things like kale chips, chickpeas, cauliflower or whatever you fancy. but i seriously recommend you trying these brussels sprout even if you’re not previously a fan, because oh man are they yummy !

ooh, and by the way, you guys always ask me about my kitchen equipment, so here’s a list of some of the things i’m using in this video and which brands their made by :
– eva solo black pot, grater, colander*
– connox knife, teaspoons, cutting board*
– holmegaard cocktail glasses*
– ikea glass mug
– kähler ceramic bowl and plate*
*sponsored products

let me know if i’ve missed anything that you want to know where it’s from !
