HEALTH : why i don't weigh myself
i realise that this is very sensitive subject – weight and body image.
so i just wanted to give a little warning that this video is about those things, if anyone thinks that they might be upset about hearing me talking about this.
this is a very personal video, with my very personal opinion on the matter of weight and what the number you see on the scale says about me. there will of course be a lot of you who watch this that disagree and think that weighing yourself is the healthy thing to do. it is nothing wrong with having different opinions. and like i say in the vid, there are circumstances that might absolutely call for the scale just to be on the safe side !
i do believe however that there will be those of you out there who feels the way i do, and that it might do some good to stop weighing themselves all of the time. but that’s just my guess, you will have to tell me how you feel after watching the video ^.^
i would love to hear your thoughts about all this. the more we talk about these things, the more relaxed we become. that’s what i believe anyway.
and no matter what the number is on your scale, i want you to remember :
