VLOG : double date day - romance in berlin spa

last week we had a gorgeous double date day with a couple of friends. we went all in – a spa day with champagne, massages, vegan bento boxes on the terrace, and swimming of course. our day finished strong, with phở chua at our fav place soy.

i felt so spoiled and well taken care of at the spa – the club olympus spa & fitness at the grand hyatt hotel here in berlin. the staff is just the most considerate and pleasant people you could ask for. i want to go back !
at least once a month.

i’ve been to quite a few spas in my days, and one thing i’ve come to realise is that the experience comes down to two things – the amenities and the staff. some of my favourite spas have had more humble spa venues, but a staff so determined to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing that you just can’t help to get into zen-mode.

the grand hyatt spa has both lovely amenities and the most service-minded staff, making our day all luxurious and chill.

the day after our spa-day we went to the opening party for our new friend andré hamann’s brand haze & glory, that he runs his with partner. can’t wait to go back there and roam the clothes rails more properly !
we had some champagne yet again, it was that kind of week – plus super tasty mini burgers from dandy diner – all vegan all of them, all yummy all of them. plus it’s always nice running into people you know of course !

not a bad couple of days if you ask me ^.^
