RECIPE : the extreme nutri-smoothie

i don't know about you guys but i usually have something light for lunch. if i eat a too heavy meal mid-day i get tired and can't focus properly. so i try to pack as much nutrition into lunch as i can, without adding on the density.now dinner, that's a whole other issue...anyway here's my newest lunch obsession: the extreme nutri-smoothie !oh and you can easily make it into ice cream instead if you prefer - by simply skipping the plant milk/water and using a frozen banana.just listen to some of the ingredients: spinach, turmeric, chai spice, chilli, fresh mint and berries.so to all you vicious germs and free radicals out there: let's go, give it your best shot - i'm practically bulletproof !smoothie3extreme nutri-smoothie full recipe:1-2 bananas (frozen if you prefer ice cream instead of a smoothie)2 dl raspberries (approx. 3/4 cup)1 dl blueberries (approx. 1/2 cup)1/2 dl blackcurrant (approx. 1/4 - 1/2 cup)a large handfull of spinacha few fresh mint leaves (optional)a dash of turmeric1/2 - 1 tsp of homemade chai spice mix (click link for recipe video)or use cinnamon and gingerchilli flakes (as much as you dare)water or plant milkinstructions:- place all ingredients except water/plant milk into a blender or food processor. mix until smooth (ready to serve if making ice cream)- add water or preferred plant milk (oat, soy, almond etc) a little at a time until you reach wanted consistency- enjoy your new bulletproof immune system ^^smoothie2hope you like this one, let me know if you try it.oh btw, what's your favourite smoothie recipe ?love // jenny
