GOING PLACES : celebrating pixel, the new google phone ( and trying it out ) | google collab

when google gets in touch and asks you if you want to be one of the first people to try out their new phone, you thank your lucky star.
i’m sure most of you have heard about pixel by now, the new smartphone that google themselves have created and launched. i’m very grateful to be one of the influencers they chose to team up with for the launch.

besides having fun testing out my new beautiful little phone friend, this also meant that i’ve been joining in on the celebrations here in berlin. which started off last week with a lovely breakfast at soho house – a new phone, all the granola you can eat, plus hanging out with a bunch of other creatives. what’s not to like ?

my new friend and i having tea at the breakfast event.

the other night i went to a lovely dinner and exhibition at könig gallery in kreuzberg, together with 50 amazingly inspiring influencers and creatives. it was a great group and i’m lucky to be a part of that community !

me and the lovely jacqueline having fun with the mirrored floor.

so what about the phone ?
well, i’ve only had it for a few days so there’s still a lot to discover of course. but all-in-all this is a great phone – you of course wouldn’t expect less considering who’s behind it. two things that so far really stand out : it has a great camera and it’s super fast !
all the photos in this post are taken with my pixel.

thank you google, it was so much fun being part of welcoming this little guy onto the arena. and oh boy is it nice to finally have an exclusively-for-work phone !
