ETC : we're going to portland !

exactly one month from today, me and david will be boarding a plane to portland, oregon – a.k.a. the vegan capitol of the world ?

we’ll be there for three weeks, so we’ll have plenty of time to try out all the vegan goodness. can’t wait to get to know the city better, we were there for just one day when we did our US road trip two years ago. i’m looking forward to the relaxed atmosphere, the cafés and restaurants, trying natto for the first time (yep there’s a japanese place that serves vegan natto! i’ve always wanted to try that, i think i’m going to love it), buying local veg that we don’t have in sweden, and going hiking in the close-by mountains and forests. doesn’t seem like a half-bad trip right ?
and the look on david’s face when he figured out that we’ll be spending halloween in the us. don’t know if i’ve ever seen him that excited ^^

so we want to read up on portland as much as possible know before the trip, but we haven’t find more than one or two good portland blogs so far. if you know of any blogs, youtubers, or websites based in portland that we should check out let me know ! doesn’t have to be food themed, just any good ones in portland !
or maybe you’ve been in portland yourself and have some tips ?

we’d be so grateful for any advice !
