FOOD : cooking for dummies | 5 tips on how to cook like a pro

cooking is not rocket science, yet so many people seem to be a quite scared of messing up when cooking, and therefore do very little cooking at all.
i believe that the first step to a healthier and more satisfying life is to cook more. knowing the food we eat, before we put it into our mouths.

so i want to encourage everyone to cook more, even if you’re a total newbie who’s never had any practice. here’s how to start !

cooking healthy vegan food does not have to be complicated or difficult. when in doubt, do it the minimalist way – as simple and hassle-free as possible. using nothing but humble plants and tons of spices.
