RECIPE : christmas treat - polka beet salad

it's the fifth recipe video in my vegan CHRISTMAS TREAT series, and this week i'm making a swedish classic: the beet root salad !instead of using red beets like we usually do, i made this one with polka beets to get a pastel pale version. kinda cute right ?super yummie on its own, but most perfect with all your other christmas (or whatever holiday you're celebrating) smorgasbord dishes.next week is my final CHRISTMAS TREAT video, so stay tuned kids !https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hLh89vTXEUpolka beet salad full recipe:3 potatoes, boiled and diced3 polka beets (or regular red beets), boiled and diced1 onion, sliced1 red apple, diced1 dl (1/2 cup) hazelnuts, chopped1 tbsp agave syrup, or maple syrup2 tbsp apple cider vinegarchives, choppedsalt and pepper to tasteinstructions:- mix all together and eat. simple.polkabeetsaladlitenpolkabeetsaladdetailpolkabeetsaladliten2see you next week !love // jenny
