RECIPE : hot pumpkin smoothie chai latte

happy halloween from me – no face.

hot pumpkin smoothie chai latte
2 large servings
1 cup pumpkin chunks (or try with carrots and cooked sweet potato)
1 – 2 bananas
200 ml / 0.8 cup oat milk (or whatever plant milk you prefer)
400 ml / 1.6 cups chai tea
chai spice mix, to taste (or cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, whatever you have at home)

– mix pumpkin, bananas and oat milk until completely smooth, then transfer to a pot and heat it up.
– pour the tea into two large cups, and add half of the smoothie to each cup.
– sprinkle with some chai spice and you’re good to go.
